How we accomplish providing Basic Needs as Rights willingly within our union of businesses
–Cost of Living+ Minimum Wage– A wage to live and thrive, not just survive, based on region
–3x Salary Range– Reward merit while ensuring basic needs are met for all
–5x COL Max Wage– Redirect excess toward basic needs for all
–Zero Interest 6% of Profits to ONA Fund– A zero interest fund of mutual aid for workers, businesses within the union, and new businesses to join/start
–Work-Life Balance– Fewer hours, richer lives, develop 3rd spaces and education centers - the end goal is Basic Needs as Rights and income to become a source to truly thrive
–Right to Work– Encourage continued self development, education, and work dedicated to serve the community and ones self
–AI Automation Social Assistance – Ensure financial and basic needs for human workers who lose jobs to AI/Automation
–Separation of Business & State– Pay taxes, not politicians - use business taxes to ensure basic needs as rights to all
–ONA Designation– Businesses do what they can to ensure everyone thrives, no expectations of perfection, just collective momentum
-ONA-(F)ouned - Businesses that start Day 1 with the ONA Model
-ONA-(D)irected - Existing businesses joining the union and quickly transition to COL+ Minimum Wage
–Independent Union Chapters– Local power, global solidarity, allow for variations of the ONA model and form alliances
