What is Our Next Arc of humanity? What future are we building for ourselves and our children?
Our Next Arc establishes itself to provide The Right to Thrive: Basic Needs as Basic Rights.
We All need Housing, Healthcare, Sustenance, Education, Transportation,
Communication, Information, and a Healthy Planet.
When we each have a base to individually thrive, we collectively rise.
As private business owners and public officals holding office
We Willingly choose to operate within our communities to ensure
that each of us has our basic needs met and a base to thrive from.
We are not waiting for laws or existing business infrastrcture to change.
We are building a new way. A choice. To care for one another. To put Love in motion.
We start new businesses and support existing business and political entities
that agree that all of us deserve
The Right to Thrive.
Cost of Living+ Minimum Wage
Form new businesses with COL+ Minimum Wage built in.
Incentivize and subsidize existing businesses to meet COL+ Minimum Wage.
Ensure a single person can thrive off of their hard worked hours.
Adjust the exact minimum based on regional needs.
3x Salary Range
Allow for merit and performance based wage increases and incentives while also keeping salaries tight.
For example, if lowest pay is $33/hr then the highest paid would be $99/hr.
Afford the basic needs of all by keeping salary ranges reasonable.
5x Cost of Living Maximum Wage
This ensures no single entity, small group, persons, or AI, can run away with tremendously high salaries for themselves by not having employees to pay.
If anyone wants to make 5x COL within an ONA business, then the lowest paid must still be within 3x of that wage.
Keep salaries reasonable across the board and ensure the lowest paid have their basic needs met.

Joseph Abdalla
I grew up under very difficult circumstances that no one should have to go through and would have many times over broken most people. Despite this, I always kept my focus on improving myself, and chasing a constant inclination to wonder how I could possibly help with all the troubles I saw around my community, the world, and within the individuals around me struggling to meet their basic needs or just have the resources and time to heal from what life had done to them. As many of us do, I felt powerless and unsure of what I could possibly do.
What I ultimately landed on was that solving our predicament is a choice that has to be made by all of us. That by working together to ensure Basic Needs as Rights to All, we can ensure We All Thrive.
The best way to invest in humanity is by giving people the resources and space to become their most authentic, healthy, and whole selves, while collectively becoming a culture of genuine care and support for the people around us.
Too many people are struggling to secure basic needs even while working multiple jobs. Too many are lacking the resources and space to develop and expand one's mind, body, spirit, and relationships with others.
We need a base to thrive from, and this is what I am bringing to the community. But we must come together to choose to build it.
Like most of you, I've spent my life working. For me it was in martial arts, music, fitness, automotive mechanics, banking, customer service, and retail. I was able to help many people, while also seeing firsthand the difficulties all of us ordinary people face within the corporate world with sub-cost of living wages and our private lives: wages that don't keep pace with life, policies that can leave workers with little control over their own lives, and systems that can leave people financially vulnerable and desperate.
We can choose to design a way to much better care for one another.
So, I pivoted all of my attention into this focus and asked myself:
What is Our Next Arc of humanity?
How do we ensure that everyone can thrive, heal, and live well?
Why does it seem that so much of our economic and political life leaves people struggling simply to meet their basic needs?
Our basic needs have become something many people struggle to meet just to survive, and this deprives us of the opportunity to genuinely thrive and be our best self that would contribute the most good to those around us and ourselves.
So, what if we could design a way forward for all of us, based on unity and the idea that everyone deserves their basic needs met?
And could we do it without having to worry about the existing system of business and government?
Yes, we can.
No, We do not need permission to care for one another.
And, so it hit me. I am free to do as I please. I can choose to start a business and pay cost of living minimum wage without the government telling me to.
Or I could choose not to - and just run my business, follow minimum wage laws, and enrich myself while taking advantage of others.
But why would I do that? What kind of person makes that decision? Do we want to be giving our physical labor and consumer attention those businesses?
It is a deliberate choice to pay people sub-cost of living.
It is a deliberate choice to end this practice. To walk away from those who enforce wage poverty and Unite to ensure that We All have Our Right to Thrive.
The design is complete.
Is up to us All to choose to build it for ourselves, together.
This is a grassroots choice. We enter this Willingly, not through laws handed down from above. Not by coercing anyone to change their ways.
By working to ensure Basic Needs as Rights to All, we can ensure We All Thrive. Giving people the space to become their most authentic, healthy, and whole selves, while collectively becoming a culture of genuine care and support for the people around us.
Join us as we build
Our Next Arc
and ensure for us All
The Right to Thrive.
